The Purpose of Purpose

Research bears out the common-sense observation that people with a strong sense of purpose are much more likely to pursue healthy habits. They are more active, have better stress management practices, and tend to eat a healthier diet.

We often fall into the trap of believing that our ‘purpose’ must be a grand pursuit, require extensive travel, or earn fame on social media. In reality, our purpose can be as simple as being a good parent, partner or friend.

The Legend’s Path adventures are here to add another mission to that list: being a good steward of your own health.
